I, and my consortium, invest in Buy to Let property in the UK and have found it more difficult to find properties that ‘stack up’ on the income vs mortgage payment and capital growth calculations. For this reason I decided that we invest in Spain for future purchases.

I had already bought 2 investment properties in and around Torrevieja from a local agent, only to discover later that they are in totally the wrong areas for investment. The prices were really good but, in almost 12 months I have received only 12 weeks rental income for the two properties and have had no interest from the resales market to move them on again. The original agent has, in my eyes, failed on every point!

Still keen to invest in a healthy holiday and golfing rental area, I was then introduced to Ian and his company, Pure Property Group. The properties which I was shown as investment are so good that my investment consortium have bought 5 so far and looking to buy more in the next few months.
