Property viewing

This is maybe the most important element of your property search, usually once your ‘research stage’ is more or less complete. We understand the importance of your visit and are committed to providing you with quality specific information and listen to your implicit requirements. We pledge to not, repeat not, only show you properties which waste your time having not listened to (or understood) your brief. At Pure Property Group, we have the knowledge of not only the local areas & towns but also regarding the infrastructure of educational & sports establishments, health centres and many other facilities which are almost as important to some people as the properties themselves. As we each live in the area, we have so much important information which you will find of real interest.

Many of our clients are much more informed these days with the advancement of internet information, but it is the smaller details which the internet cannot usually provide which you will take benefit from. With regard to your accommodation, you have a choice between a clean, quality apartment or larger accommodation, or we are able to provide a quality hotel for the duration of your stay. The choice is yours, and we do find that many of our clients prefer to ‘Test Drive’ Spanish living as part of their stay by choosing the apartment/Villa option.

We will provide an unhurried tour of the area and hand pick relevant property for you to view, reflecting your ‘Wish List’. We will also provide meals & refreshments during your stay.
